Rusty Ginnetti

Rusty is responsible for and successfully hired a team to manage operations, exploitation, business development and asset management.

Rusty Ginnetti joined White Rock in 2013 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. From 1998-2013, Rusty was employed by Merit Energy where he held various positions including Division Operations Manager, Director of Business Development and Regional Manager. During his time at Merit, Rusty managed assets across 10 states. This included overseeing operations, exploitation, land, regulatory and marketing groups. From 1995-98, he was an Operations Engineer at Texaco focused on the Permian Basin. Rusty holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
